At CAMTECH; excellence is an endless quest. To ensure high standards of quality are met, we have a Quality Assurance system based upon international aerospace industry standards, practices and procedures. Design and construction standards will be implemented as the common baseline set of standards to be used in the design, construction, assembly and testing of Trainers.

The standards will apply to:

o Parts, materials and processes
o Design and construction
o Cable and wiring processes
o Components
o Electrical power systems
o Mechanical systems

The management team utilizes a pool of local resources and consultants, as required to ensure quality of all aspects of product manufacturing.

SHIPPING, DOCUMENTATION AND TRAINING

Following in-plant acceptance by the customer, the devices are dismantled and shipped to the customer's site for installation and Site Acceptance.

CAMTECH provides a technical training course, at an agreed location. Copies of the Operations Manual and Maintenance Manual are provided and include a list of recommended spare parts, by part number, description and commercial equivalents [if applicable]. All publications produced will be written in a manner understood by maintenance and service personnel.

Drawings will be provided as part of the maintenance manual, also available in CAD format.
