STRUCTURE
The structure and construction of the trainers are fire resistant and are manufactured from a combination of high-strength steels, alloys and composites. All doors are designed with the ability to withstand the rigors of multiple training scenarios. The external colour scheme will match the buyer's aircraft. Modern technology sub-system components, such as no-contact sensors, CRT touch screen control, flat panel displays, PA and Inter-phone systems and flexible audio/visual switch matrices, etc. are purchased from reliable qualified vendors with ISO certification.
DESIGN
The design techniques and materials used emulate the aircraft manufacturers' original equipment design while providing additional robustness ensuring structural and electrical integrity throughout the design life of the trainer to meet the rigorous demands of the training environment.
The equipment will provide the capability to superior training and practice for Flight attendants in normal, abnormal and emergency situations, including:
o Normal functions of cabin and service doors
o Abnormal door situations; such as door and handle jams.
o Training equipment and systems.
o Appropriate door malfunctions
o Operation and Maintenance manuals
